Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once processing or sourcing has started, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• Item is not delivered
• Item received is damaged or incorrect

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
• Delays caused by logistics, customs, or external factors

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the item with proof (photos/videos).

5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days using the original payment method.

6. Returns
Returns may not always be accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.
