Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items
We are unable to accept returns for:

- Items not in original condition or packaging
- Clearance or promotional products
- Items with visible wear or damage
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your bank or card provider

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. For an exchange request, contact us with your order details.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is approved due to our mistake.
